It's curious that I haven't made more effort to celebrate the Chinese New Year previously, so I guess I'm diving into it this year to make up for lost times! :-)Hweehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10895959128588945675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2847571046883368877.post-77328064075370231852014-02-09T14:16:59.973+00:002014-02-09T14:16:59.973+00:00It's indeed disappointing when a field trip ha...It's indeed disappointing when a field trip has to be cancel due to the children acting up. I've had to do that a few times in the past as well! Luckily Chinese New Year will be here again next year so you can enjoy the celebrations next year. :-)Hweehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10895959128588945675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2847571046883368877.post-26217042113827924562014-02-09T14:14:44.419+00:002014-02-09T14:14:44.419+00:00It's our first year celebrating the Chinese Ne...It's our first year celebrating the Chinese New Year at such a scale too. As the date shifts from year to year on the Gregorian calendar, it's easy to forget unless it's part of one's culture or if you've marked it in the calendar. I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with it next year! :-)Hweehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10895959128588945675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2847571046883368877.post-46571370713863758032014-02-09T12:27:01.852+00:002014-02-09T12:27:01.852+00:00The firecrackers look and sound exciting! Each year I say we will learn about the Chinese new year and each year it comes and goes without anything happening. We don't actually use any specific curriculum, so we study topics that capture our interest and curiosity. :-) It's a happy coincidence that we are studying the same topic at the moment.<br />Hweehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10895959128588945675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2847571046883368877.post-85287764155689574882014-02-08T16:11:19.508+00:002014-02-08T16:11:19.508+00:00Do you guys do Tapestry of Grace?
